Things To Do in the Seattle Area

• Pike Place Market
  Located near the waterfront, just south of Seattle downtown city center, Pike Place Market is an open market and a great place to visit while in Seattle. It fills an entire city block. Pike Place Market has a collage of interesting shops and eateries, a lively fresh fish market, beautiful flowers and art displays, uniquely painted pig statues (on display though out the area), and all alongside a historical red brick road (brought here from San Francisco.)

• Food Tours
  Try a fun and informative Chocolate Tour or a delectable Food/Wine Tour that will help you get to know the Seattle area and its history.   Due to mild temperatures and plentiful aquatic plant life, the Puget Sound is host to several larger-than-normal sea life...including the giant octopus.
• Seattle Space Needle
• Blue Ribbon Cooking Class
  Located on the east side of Lake Union, this is a fun 3-hour class where you make a gourmet meal and then eat together at the end. The class is fun, informative, and worth the price. There are also summer classes for children. When looking for something to do in the Seattle area, Blue Ribbon Cooking Class is an excellent activity for a group of friends who want something interesting and creative.
• Chihuly Garden and Glass
  Located at 305 Harrison St Seattle, WA 98109 the Chihuly Garden is a wonder. You'll be amazed by what looks like a plant and isn't and occasionally the opposite.
• Living Computer Museum
  Located at 2245 First Ave. S., Seattle, this museum shows of working relics. All the machines here have been restored and are functioning. The museum was created by Microsoft's co-founder Paul Allen and shows computers that got Microsoft started. Definitely worth a visit if you like computers, which is likely if you are reading this.
• Seattle Art Museum
  Located near the center of downtown. Free admission may be available on the first Thursday of each month during the summer.
• Ride the Clipper Speed Boat to Victoria Canada
  A fun day trip or overnight excursion. There is so much to see in Victoria and a large selection of great restaurants.
